I would like to thank you for your interest in our brain wellness evaluation and balancing program. This natural and holistic program is designed to help children with attention deficit, hyperactivity, learning disabilities, dyslexia, and other behavioral and neurodevelopmental problems.

The health of your child is very important to us. In order to best help you, we need to do an in-depth and comprehensive evaluation of the past and current situation. We will need your complete cooperation and engagement, which means you will need to invest some time in answering the questionaires that we send you. Please bring them with you for your first consultation.
